Respected Sir i have a major issue with easypaisa. They are ignoring me round about last 2 months. I complaint them several time but they are not taking any action on my complaint. Sir they are using these services for many misusing concents. I also have complain against easyload i have recharged my account by easypaisa application. The question is that why they are providing us these services while they are not able to proper manage it. Its a big question mark on your supervision? Sir why they are not taking some actions on complain on customer. If have to visited their head office agian, again and again. So why we are trusting on your reputation. Sir you have to take some initiative against this misleading of easypaisa to their customer. We trust upon themon behalf of your. Thanks.
