I did a transaction of 6000 PKR on 27th July 2017 from my personal Bank account to Easy Paisa account which got transferred to my easypaisa account. I launched a complaint thrice on 29th but since then my 6000 PKR have not been transferred but issue have not been resolved as of now. I want this amount this back and I also dont want to continue my account just because mishandling my complaint and dont want my easypaisa account to be used agian
