I find the remittance process by HBL to be extremely excruciating. Every time I have transferred Money to my HBL account from my bank in South Korea it never shows up on time. I have to continuously make long distance phone calls to know the status. The link www.hbliremit.com to track remittance does not work at all. A process that should be simple and stress free is an excruciating experience with HBL. I always worry where my money is? I was told remittance takes a few hours to a day at least to be processed. But it my case.. i wait days on days. For the largest bank in Pakistan the remittance system is very poor! I want to know how can I track my remittance status? How can I make the process easy for next time? Why does it have to be so difficult? Why do you have to make your customers worry about their money? Is having a Roshan account with HBL even worth the stress? In case of an emergency if my family needed money ASAP, I believe WesternUnion and other Money transfer options are better than HBL Remittance. Don’t you agree? Finally where is my money? I made the transfer on 29/07/2022 from South Korea. Someone please tell me!! I’ve been trying to track it for a while now.. And no one seems to have any answer? All I get told is some details are incomplete.. what is incomplete? I have proof the money has left my bank in South Korea. The relaying bank as also approved the transaction. It has been received by HBL but still there in no sign of my money being credited to my account. Is this going to be a regular thing every time anyone transfers money?
