Dear Sir,
Hope you are fine and doing well today. I suppose to clear all remaining dues against car financed through MCB Islamic Bank. According to bank my remaining principle amount is PKR 1023,475.88/- , I am agree to pay early buy out price 8% (PKR 81,878.07/-) and also its FED on early buy out 16% (PKR 13,100.49).But in bank final calculation sheet which is attached for your kind concern , they are charging Due /overdue profit for months (PKR 86,032.53/-) and profit(rent) for current month (PKR 13,821.13) , these two amounts never ever mentioned by bank in any statement and bank financing plan.
Bank statement and final settlement calculation are attached . Please help me out to wave of these two amounts , why bank is claiming profit as I had also share my amount with bank.
