Each time I went for deposit little amount they asks to fill a form which have too much information to fill even though after attaching the photo copy of CNIC it should not be required and this happens every time, even sometimes I just have to deposit couple of thousand rupees and this process gets repeated. Please make this easier for bank customer because no other bank is taking this type of information because some of it is very confidential. I’m attaching the copies of it for reference.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from MIB Bank.
