Pakistan International Airlines Karachi
I am disgusted that the flight from Karachi to Gwadar was cancelled at short notice. I had booked a flight from Islamabad to Karachi and then onwards to Gwadar and a return from Gwadar to karachi and then back to Lahore. The cancellation has cost me several thousand rupees as I have had to cancel my Karachi flights and the return. PIA is a dysfunctional and irresponsible airline which is rude to its customers – there was no apology just a statement saying my flight was cancelled.
It is no wonder that PIA is sinking, bogus pilots, plane crashes, banned from other countries etc
It may be better to sack the inept organisation which would be a step in the right direction. Shame on PIA
