Mr. Ali hassan sales officer in khaira PIA office, coned me by making false statements when i was as being re-issuing a ticket, he said: if you give me 100 Rupees than im willing to offer a slight discount on your change of fare for changing the seat class and extended the date aswell, he very confidently fooled and i was at that moment was a little nervous coause it was my 1st visit in their office, but when i was on my i calculate the sum and get know about the con, how he fooled a customer by making immoral nad unfare fasle statements, kindly contact me i want justice in this case, it is not about my money but about morality and self-respect.
pnr of ticket is: sozzsz , its price wa 9200 for changing the v class to L class and on the counter he said give me 100 rupess i will give a discount, after i handed 9500, nine thousand and ninty-five hundred rupees only. he than taking 100 R.s return me 500 Rupees back 20% was senior citizen discount and con was of 80 Rupees, again it is not about money it is about being sincere and honest in dealing. its my dignity and humilation im asking for my right. i demand quick action against this officer.
Other wise PIA will continue fooling people off their pockets and courrption will never stop, please make this culture of faslfying right by helping me out as soon as poosible, expecting a strong positive response, thanks haseeb chaudhry from sarai-alamgir.
