Hello sir,
I lost my baggage during my trip from KHI from RUH on PIA with lost baggage #PK849124 on 12 january 2016. Immediately made a complaint at the airport lost and found baggage department with reference #
AHL RUHPK13327. The staff must be kicked out as they are very non cooperative people and not liable for this kind of executive seats. They (PIA Office staff at RUH Airport) bark on the passengers. Hope the problem should be resolved.
