i want to create a complaint against SDO WAPDA Kas Road Mingora Swat.
Sir i am a poor person and want to pay all the dues of WAPDA but by own mistake of WAPDA who didnt create bill for our
METER No. S-P 136753
Reference No. 06 26528 0054680 26050602298
The bill was not created for more than 1 year and after our hard struggle the concerns create the bill and the amount was 69000/- RS
i am a poor Pakistani and i have very less salary and i am not able to pay the amount at 1 time ,
Sir today i go to the WAPDA Office Kas Road Mingora Swat and ask Mr.SDO to give me some relaxation, i request to Mr.SDO that kindly less the amount and give me the replaxation of installment that i will pay it in monthly installements 10000/- RS be cause i have less salary , but he even didnt listen to my words and reply with very bad attitude and said go pay the bill other wise your METER will be disconnected ..
Sir if the mistake is not mine and if i want to pay all the dues of Govt Of Pakistan but same time i dont have the huge amount then what should i do if they really disconnect my Electricity ?
The SDO of the department even dont know how to talk to poor persons . when i ask about his name he said go do what you want i will not tell my name and my name is SDO.
i will wait for your positive response asap.
