The PESCO bills distributors in Dera Ismail Khan Particularly RURAL sub Div. deliver bills on the last due date or after that resultantly the extra charges are borne by the consumers due irresponsible attitude of the Bills Distributors. High ups should take a notice of the same. The matter will also be bring in the knowledge of Federal Ombudsman.
