When consumers try to lodge complaints with the concerned SDO these are ignored and the office refuses to accept them. The response is Village people steal electric all the time. Correction the thieves work for Pesco and most even fail to perform the dities theyare receiving monthly salaries for so the dishonesty is in their own hands. THE CEO AND CONCERNED SENIOR OFFICERS NEED TO RECTIFY THIS DERELECTION OF DUTY AND ENSURE ALL PESCO EMPLOYEES CARRY OUT THEIR DUTIES HONESTLY. THIS APPLIES FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM THE CORRUPTION IN LOWER CADRES CAN ONLY HAPPEN WHEN UPPER RANKS ARE PARTY TO THE CORRUPTION
