I flew with PK 204 from Dubai-Lahore on 27 Aug 2017. When asked for juice, it was refused initially.On insistence it was brought but while offering it was spilled out on my hands/clothes.while collecting back the empty lunch boxes and disposeable glasses all the glasses were on the head of a fellow passenger.The culprit was Mr But.A pillow was asked from the hostess but was refused.
I requested for the comment card from Mr But,Mr Safdar& from Mr Nisar(hope the names r correct).They r purser, senior purser & the chief purser.Card was not provided to me inspite of repeated reminders.
