Hi,
Yesterday I buy plenty of food from pizza hut and my driver bring that food home.
When I took the first bite of pizza, I came to know that it’s the wrong flavour they gave us and it was as spicy as we put a green chilli into our mouth directly.
Then we open salad.
All the salad was filled up of sweet corn and spaghetti, I packed it back.. and started waiting for the morning.
then I have called their helpline uan number.
The agent told me that a person will contact you from the restaurant.
Now and other story begin as a person called me after 1 and half hour approximately and he started miss behave with me instead of assisting me. He tried to insult a female in that way that I am eligible to go to the court and sue him.
I shut the call and make a call again to uan number.
After keeping me at hold for a long time the agent replied, mam higher authority will contact you soon.
The bill was approximately 6000 rupees including their tips.
it’s my message to all my friends my brothers my sisters and my elders that pizza hut is a shitty restaurant. I did not received any call from them. They are fake people and spoiling the name of pizza hut in abroad and different countries.
My kid remained hungry last night and slept like that.A big shame at you the pizza hut staff authority of pizza hut and everybody related to this restaurant. I really want to piss off at your faces the way your agent insulted me and the way my kid slept hungry. May Allah did more than this with you. You all are m************ and bastards. You stupid people must return my money and take your food back.
