Ordered a watch for my friend from daraz , after 3 days i received a message from draz that delivery partner is out for delivery, but after just 15 mins , he declared that the delivery is failed due to customer rejecting parcel at doorstep , which of course never happened, the rider then declined all my calls , and didn’t open my msgs i have contacted daraz customer support they told me that , it will be delivered today, but it hasn’t been delivered and the parcel is prepaid so i am at risk of losing my money

I order HD handheld console and the order is prepaid it’s ten days ago and I found in order details that delivery attempt failed due to customer had insufficient cash this does not make sense and I also contact daraz helpline and they are saying that I will get my parcel today and it’s two days ago I am not getting it can u tell me that we believe u and use your app and u are playing with us the number of rider provided by daraz is no Longer connected to daraz
Authenticity is so imp please stop making customer fool I want my money back and the order tracking id is pk DEX 198953042 seller name funbug
