I’ve called at easy paisa helping from my other number as I didn’t have balance in the sim I’ve registered on easy paisa. Instead of helping me out at the difficult situation, the call representative told me that I’m supposed to make call from the sim that is registered on easy paisa. I still requested her to forward my call to the relevant department and I waited for 10 minutes and wasted my 50 rps balance that I was left with. That was so unethical. Being a girl is difficult. If I would have the access to markets, I would have never used easy paisa to keep my money in it. I had to transfer money but all options were unavailable and some SYS00001 error occurred
