Dear Sir,
I am a user of Silk Bank Credit card more than 6 years. Service charges dated 20-05-2022 has been deducted against my credit card. i have already call on helpline to settle these additional charges against my credit card. But no positive feedback received till date.
I want to block this credit card due to non-professional customer service. I am out of country right now. When i call on helpline, delaying tactics.
The copy of my bill is attached for your kind consideration. I will be pleased to provide you any further assistance, that you may require.
