During the lock down in April I did not received the bill and can not come out for payment my bill was due on 10/04/20 for Rs 41460/- I have received this information by SMS and after the relaxation in lock down I have deposited cash Rs 42000/- on 14/04/20 and request for not charge me late fee and service charge but in my new bill only late fee refund to me but service charge still debit to me.
I herewith request to you to kindly return service charge as well on late payment due to lock down and not received hard copy of bill.
I always pay my bills on time you can check my history and make favourable decision.
