My name is Muhammad Ali, the Silk Bank officer and Help Line not help me in My account to active, the call agent say “your account have L.O.T problem” and they all say call bank to your number in 24 hour,
no call i have from SILK BANK, i face the problem for 7 month what i do ?
i am go to Shahr-e-Faisal Silk bank Branch and submit from with my NIC and Electric bill copy 3 week ago,
to MR, Qamar Iqbal (senior Relationship Manager).
If my problem is not solve fast, I take action on this act.
i call the help-line again again
