R/Sir,
I am Asif Memon and account holder of SCB with Easy credit which are not activated yet now but SCB has charge amount Rs 10520 without activation of account.
As I personally visited the SCB Main branch and requested them about unjustified penalty but they didn’t responded my query in due process.
Complained in Branch multiple times and help line but no any person ready to respond or support for any guideline nor to allow to meet with RSO who was open the account.
As RSO SCB confirmed and committed that no any charges will claim by SCB till account activation and first year no any charges will charge (one year Charges free).
During main branch visit and officer Threaten to me and torcher, when I was request him to stop account or hold and also I request him to share way forward but he denied.
