Dear Concerns,
I am writing in reference to tracking number: 30363235902
Standard Chartered has been sending my card to my home address over and over. Twice at least to be specific. But due to negligence of TCS staff. I am unable to receive my card. I have no idea WHAT THE FUCK is wrong with your rider who comes to deliver. That he doesn’t ever call and marks my address wrong. Whereas i get parcels from TCS itself at the same address. Please look into this and see who is not doing his job right. Looking forward to a timely resolution.
