Hi ,
My complaint is regarding unnecessary deduction from my account by the bank named standard chartered bank of Pakistan.I sent them several emails but no one bothers ot take care fo the issue/s.
I informed the bank that i am living abroad and i don’t want any deductions from my account in terms of text intimations, card fee, and even transactions unless i actually perform any transaction/s.But still, i am charged for text messages, even my online account clearly indicates that i didn’t subscribe for the text messages still they are charging me for text fee, not only this i also charge for unknown fee time to time and now they charged me debit card fee as 2500 per year.
I don’t understand, is this the way they are surviving my decoying their loyal customers. I am seriously thinking to stop keeping my account in Paksitan. it’s pathetic. This country is full of looters and decoys.
