I am Farhan Masroor, account holder of SCB Pakistan, I tried to talk with Customer Care Call Center of SCB Pakistan since last one month, when ever I called their number 021-111-002-002, i just hear a voice of their advertisement which was rubish, I almost spent more than Rs. 500 to get information about my account but no any response has been received from scb side. Please look into my matter and asked the scb.

    My name is Muhammad Imran I applied for SCB credit card almost 45 days ago. SCB informed me about processing through SMS and email I received a message from SCB on 28th of July that my card is dispatched and will be delivered shortly. but today on 12th august I did not receive my card I also contact to help desk of SCB the agent told me the card has been dispatched and he shared a consignment no with me when I talk to TCS helpline with reference of consignment no the TCS agent told me that card is hold due to incomplete address given by SCB. please look into this matter and resolve this issue asap.

  2. My account amount has been blocked which i tried many time to unblock this but there is no any response and the branch never guide me clearly they don’t have any knowledge also. They always tell me that contact on the help no. but help line is not responding clearly. So resolve my issue as soon as possible.
