Our firm is operating a USD Account in SCBPL. Our account had become dormant due to the recent COVID19 pandemic and we had submitted a request for removal of dormancy vide our letter dated August 19, 2020 but no proper guidance was provided to us and time after time many documents and information was asked to be submitted by the Bank. Even after fulfilling all requirements and formalities no satisfactory response was given to us and we lodged a formal complaint with the bank vide our letter dated Sep. 29, 2020 and also through email addresses available on their website. But still there is no response from the bank, our account is still dormant and we cannot withdraw our funds which is causing business loss to us.

    Standard chartered Pakistan customer service is extremely poor and awful I tried three time to customer number 021-111-002-002 but they don’t responding and always same recording was coming that waiting time is five minute but I waited 15 minute but no response from their side.
