SCB appears to be incapable of having a card delivered to me, this is the third occasion upon which a card has been sent out to me which I have not received. When I call the customer service line, I get the same scripted reply, SCB takes no ownership of their failure and provides no remedy to resolve the issue. In addition to this, the agents are rude and argumentative, if you complain you are told that the bank found no evidence to substantiate your complaint.
Although it will be a hassle, I will close my account and transfer to another bank, if you need to open a bank account and have a choice in the matter avoid SCB at all costs.
