Dear Sir,
I have deposited a cheque on 24 October 2016 of a local Bank NBP Kalapani in HBL Sowari Branch Code 0932, and I have drawn a cheque on 28/10/2016. But my cheque was credited on 02/11/2016.
According to the Bank policy for freedom account if the amount deceed from 50000 service charges will be applied. But I have already deposited a cheque for Rs. 47000 which has not credit by the bank. But Rs. 348 was deducted from my account. It is therefore, requested to directed the Bank authorities to recover my Rs as the Bank staff is responsible for the non creditial of cheque on time.
