Dear Sir, I am Muhammad Fahad Mushtaq, a resident of GECHS A1 Peco Road Lahore. On 16th December at 07:00 pm when i was at National Hospital Defense for treatment of my mother, i got an SMS from HBL Pakistan that my card has been charged for a transaction of PKR 2500 at a POS while my ATM card was inside my pocket at that time. On Helpline, i was told that my card has been used at some Total Petrol Pump for refueling. On my refusal for the same, I was told by the HBL representative that my card is being blocked and matter will be investigated and he insisted that i have used it but my presence can be verified along with my ATM at National Hospital Defense at that time. I have confirmed National hospital has CCTV facility where i has shown my card during phone call to HBL. Further, i did not visit any Total Petrol Pump on 16th December. I hereby request to please look into this matter as this scamming issue is affecting a lot of users in Pakistan and now i am also one of them.
