Dear Director, Consumer Protection Department State Bank of Pakistan I.I. Chundrigar Road Karachi. I am coustomer of private Bank and living in a rural area in District Badin,Sir, in Golarchi taluka we have lots of private banks and all banks has same habit to close the ATM door when BISP payments arrived in cards, due to this act by banks we (salaried persons and business person) get in trouble. Sir I am working in a private company I am leaving home at early morning for job and return back after sunset.When we visit Bank after office hour every day we are facing problem for cash withdrawal. Even when electricty is not available machine was also not worked.Most of the time If we force to Bank guard for opening ATM door with Allied Bank guard for withdrawl the behavier of guard was not good.My question is…Is these machine is works only for office hour?Is all Bank have special permission to close the door in night time?
