Sir, It is submitted that i Zubair Ahmad Virk ,President Gurjranwala Division of a national Organization named Anjuman-e-Kashtkaran Punjab came to the Bank for submission of the vouchers of Evacuee Trust Property Board Rent for Year 2017-18 having payment of 8,34500/- and stood before the cashier window for submission of the rupees on dated 27-02-2017.A female girl was sitting in front of me in cashier counter ,i talked with her and submitted my request that madam , i want to submit following Vouchers and she referred me a male cashier sitting next to her on her right side. In presence of Mr.Hasan Javed Chattha Advocate High Court and Mr.Shaukat Patwari Evacue Trust Board Gujranwala,i made request to the male cashier regarding the payment of Vouchers but he replied us that we are not able to take the money from you and he replied me to go to some other bank.We talked with him for 1 minute that why you dont want to collect our money and he replied us in a harsh manner.I request to the branch Manager but he also did not give us good response which showed us that there is some lack of training given to the branch staff by high ups and we also thought that the branch is just showing the political pressure and for that reason i also submitted my complaints to President State Bank of Pakistan and Banking Mohtisib. Sir, we are the asset of your emerging Bank and i think that if your staff will regret us then we will spread the behaviour of your branch staff to common citizens which amount to loss of your bussiness and your branch team humiliate us and did not follows the SOP’S as scribed by the SBP which gave us mental anguish and tension.Therefore, i am sending you complaint for redressal of my grievance and i felt mental tension of 50000/ Rupees and felt regret of 100000/- Rupees.So, i have legal remedy to sue you and your company for damaging my repute.I want legal action against the staff of HBL,Civil Line Gujranwala Branch immediatley uptill my satisfaction. Copies of submitted vouchers will be shown at the time of inquiry. Your’s Truely , Zubair Ahmad Virk 03007777524
