With reference to message received through my cell No;0332-2394533 mentioned debit of Rs:1,556-25 & 23,343-80 at 11.03 am & 11-03 am on 21-01-2017 perhaps Rs:4,000-00 dated 12-01-2017 at 14-39 pm whereas I have neither used the ATM card neither made any online transaction on the dates under discussion. The debit card was with me and even my family members don’t have the pin code of my atm card.
In this regard I contacted help line and shared the matter of illegal debit and shocked to know the debit from my account No. 0559943441001865 as stated above and raised a lot of doubts in my mind about the credibility of your bank. So after the discussion with the help line I requested for blocking my ATM card and went on ATM machine of Al-Falah Bank lockated at Imtiaz Super Store Korangi road Karachi for confirmation of my debit card blockage as I feared more illegal transition from my debit card wherein my card has been captured on 21-01-2017 at about 1-55 pm.
I complained the manager MCB high court branch Larkana where I hold my account and visited for resolving of matter and gave written application also. I was informed from MCB branch larkana on 24 Jan 2017 that your case has been processed and will take 40 days for reversal. I have recently contacted to above named branch of MCB and despite lapse of 40 days the status of my case is same. I am not receiving any positive response from MCB branch larkana so that I may not in a position to wait further.
Therefore keeping in view the above stated factual position SBP is requested to please intervene into the matter personally.
