2 days before I recieved a call from TCS office (0302 8681029) gujranwala road Hafizabad on my mobile (0307 0009111). Caller said that we have recieved a parcel ,please come and recieve it from our office, We can not deliver it on your given address. However my given address was Nadra Hafizabad which is in front of above mentioned TCS office today 06-03-2020. I went to TCS office to recieve it ,they said that your parcel was sent back because you came after 2 days after our call.
I asked the concerned person that Is it your responsibilty to deliver it on the given address? He said that we have enough task already so we can not reach on destinations. Although my given address was Nadra office which is infront of TCS office Hafizabad.
Please entertain my complaint and also send me feedback. Train your staff to fullfill there responsibilties. According to them their responsibility is only to call the customers for recieving their parcels.
