I have placed online order on Daraz.pk on 11th of October. Unfortunately, Daraz.pk send this order through TCS instead of other courier. Order tracking no is 779201307113.
When my order arrived at TCS Shujabad . They did not bother to deliver it on the given address not even called me to collect it.
My address is less than half km away from your TCS Shujabad center. After 1 day they sent it back to TCS Multan office. When I went to TCS Shujabad office , they told me that your parcel was returned back and I got shocked and surprise who careless they were?
Often they delivered parcels to wrong addresses even without verifying them. So Please deliver my parcel back to me ASAP.
