A Complaint No. 59 was lodged at PTCL helpline on 22-08-2017 regarding frequent disconnection of Broadband connection. It is astonishing to note that without resolving the issue, the complaint was unauthorized/fraudulently stand rectified without my knowledge. It seems that some officials are using the consumer right unauthorzdly and auto respond the complaint as rectified which is illegal.
