Hello ,I am realy fedup now I dont know where to go broadband disconnect againand againlow speed ,I got 20 mb pakage but get onl 10 in morning then 6 then 4 then 3 thats the way I got service fromyou.Last complain no at 1218 is 92 phone no is 04237150872
Line man got problem with us because they came earlier at home before i upgrade to 20 mb ,they ask 4000 rs for the new connection on fiber I refuse because i told by 1218 dont give cash to any one .thats why no line man come to fix my problem. before I was on cooper and now on fiber,I dont know may be I need another dsl or new wire no one told me anything plz help me thanks
