Dear Concerns,
My internet is not working from last one month. Despite my continuous follow ups and reminders from Call centre issue is not resolved. My complaint number is 96. PTCL number is 042-36525308. Please investigate the matter as very unprofessional response from representatives. I have talked to 3 Floor Managers , 10 floor supervisors as well. With heavy heart i am writing this that i am very disappointed and surprised on their miscommitments. Every time when I talked to them they mentioned two names Mr. Majid and Mr. Hafiz Rohail from Bata Pur exchange that they will contact me but i never received any call from them. Even no one bother to tell me what is the issue and update.
Please investigate the matter on priority.
