I have ptcl conmection from last 20 years and i am facing onternet problems from last 5 days and regional staff is not cooperating accordingly while have different stories like change your modem, software issues etc. Meanwhile internt browsing is good on the surrouding houses and i have complete my research papers so kindly think upon this matter and solve it as soon as poosible.
