I purchased online movie tickets on 20th October 2022 for Arena Islamabad theater from bookme.pk my amount deducted but no receipt or confirmation message was received. On arriving to Arena, I was told that we don’t issue tickets to bookme.pk. I complained for a refund and I am told that there was no transaction on my account and that I should contact bank. I have send them screenshots of my bank statements, no valid response. Is there any law that we can sue them for such pathetic customer responses?
