I have purchased a ticket from website (Bookme.pk) for Karachi for my trip.
upon confirmation i paid the website through my credit card and did not receive any confirmation email or text from website. waited for 1.5 hours. still there is nothing.
I don’t have any PNR or ticket with me for traveling. There is no way i can contact your support, after waiting for long on helpline call gets disconnected and nobody bothers to pick up the call.
I have sent messages through contact us but still there is no response. no reflection of any complain in my email.
