I booked LHR to RWL Road master ticket on Sunday 27 March 2022 afternoon 12:30 which was cancelled by the company due to critical political suituationin Islamabad. As I am entitled to 100% refund by you. I also complained on this number 0313 7786888 and she insures me refund in my Jazzcash within 3 to 4 days and also register my complaint but I hav’nt recieve my money back its now 15 days have been past. so please ensure my refund as soon as possible.

I have booked 9 tickets of Silk line Lhr to Jatoi on dated 02 May 2022. Company has cancelled the bus due to Chand Raat. I ask call center again and again from 11 days to refund amount in my Jazz Cash account. But no one is serious to solve this issue. As I m entitled to 100% refund.
