I purchased a ticket through bookme app on 19th feb night for
“06 AM 20 feb Multan-faisalabad” through daewoo express.
After few hours, Daewoo cancel 06 am bus and transfered the ticket to 7 am. I called bookme helpline to cancel and refund the ticket. Bookme agent told me that your request has been submitted and take 3-4 business days.
On 26th feb, i contacted bookme about my refund and now they are telling me their is no request of refund of any kind.

How to file a complaint against Bookme?
* Go to page
* Write Bookme in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Bookme.
