I booked a ticket for Bilal travels on 15 Dec 2021 and canceled it on 16 Dec 2021 due to some problems. On booking, I received a message from bookme.pk that you will be entitled to 100% refund in case of cancelation. I call their helpline they informed that you will received payment within 5-7 days after cancellation. After ten days I call again at help line and received same answer. Then I launched complaint throug email and same feedback given after demanding statement of easy paise 2 times.
Shortly to one month and 10 days has passed but I have not received my bus ticket refund.

I had booked three Daewoo tickets on February 28 which were unjustifiably canceled by you. Now they are not even returning the money. Cancel my ticket via call on 3 June bus timing was 2:15 pm from mansehra to lahore.
Cancellation is due to that when I reached station In lariadda I came to know that there is no bus of that time so I call company helpline they ask me to refund my tickets .kindly Refund my ticket back as you promise to return.
