This is umar i have. Booked 3 tickets on dated 10-Apr-2022 and same day i did cancelled my tickets and ask to refund reversal amount in my jaazcash account. But the issue persist more than last 3 weeks and pending since long. One think more i have call many times on bookme number and there’s no one is responsible to resolve customer queries.
You reques to please take strict action against bookme app as there’s so many quries will be pending due to non official responses. I have done enough to sort it out and has over concerned about the delay.
Note: i have strongly disagree this app just due to call response and no one is active on reversal.
