Refers to my tele talk with bookme.pk agent, payment of Rs. 2,814.00 has been deducted from my jazz cash account (screenshot attached). but my return ticket on 09-06 @ 3:35 from isd-26 to Lhr was cancelled due to non payment received, however i got my Lhr-Isd-26 seat # 2 @ 9:00 am on the same day.
I called bookme.pk helpline on my way to Islamabad and the agent informed me that to buy a new ticket (which I did seat # 47 on same date, return time 3:35 from Isd to Lhr and travelled back on it) and I will get the refund in 48 hours automatically. But I did not get my refund yet so called again.
Kindly look into this and refund my amount in my jazzcash.
