I had bookings of MUX-SKT on 12-Jul-22 but bus was cancelled. I was not intimated even and still after 1 week till now (calling them daily), no refund is made yet. Its almost 3879/- rupees.
I am calling them daily and will lodge an FIR if I didn’t receive refund in this current week.
