I booked a ticket for FM Bilal travels on 18th August 2022 and canceled it on 20 August 2022. Then I contacted at the helpline of Bookme for refund and was informed that you will receive refund within 5-7 days after cancellation. After ten days, I call again on 31 August 2022 at the said help line and was given assurance that refund will be given till evening of the said date but in vain. Then I again third time called at help line for refund but till today i.e. 02.09.2022, the amount has not been refunded to me, which is against the refund policy of Bookme.
