I bought a ticket from lahore thokar to faisalabad on 26 dec 2022 for 6:30 pm .The departure of bus was cancelled due to fog.So i want to refund my ticket charges .The bookme officials aint picking up the call . The ticket details are attached. Kindly refund my ticket charges .Thank you

How to file a complaint against Bookme?
* Go to page
* Write Bookme in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Bookme.
I am traveling from Rawalpaindi to Sargodha 28-03-2023 at 4 pm, but i miss my Daewoo Express Bus, but right now Daewoo Express Bus and Bookme.pk can’t Refund me . So please add my ticket amount in my bookme wallet.
